Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days after purchase.
  • Some items may ship separately from different warehouses to speed up delivery, so if you order multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages.

All shipments include tracking details, which will be sent to your email once your order is on the way.

  • Other International Locations: 2–4 weeks (varies by customs & location)

Note: Delivery times may be affected by holidays, weather, or customs clearance. Delays due to customs or local courier issues are outside our control, but we’ll support you if problems arise.

Shipping Rates & International Taxes

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • International customers are responsible for import duties, VAT, or local taxes charged by their country. These are not included in our prices.

Lost or Missing Packages

  • If your order is lost in transit, we’ll resend it at no extra cost.
  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive your package, please contact us within 7 days, and we’ll help resolve the issue.
