Return & Refund Policy

At LOVE & LEASH, your satisfaction matters. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • You’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
  • Some products (like perishable goods, custom/personalized items, personal care goods, or hazardous materials) cannot be returned. If unsure, contact us before sending your item back.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@theloveandleash.com with your order details.
  2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Repackage your item securely, attach the label, and drop it at your nearest post office.
  4. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damages & Issues

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Exchanges

For exchanges, return your item first. Once accepted, place a new order for the product you want.

EU Customers – Cooling Off Period

If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason, provided the item meets the eligibility conditions listed above.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Banks and card providers may take extra time to process.
  • If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days after approval, contact us at support@theloveandleash.com.
