Return & Refund Policy
At LOVE & LEASH, your satisfaction matters. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
- You’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
- Some products (like perishable goods, custom/personalized items, personal care goods, or hazardous materials) cannot be returned. If unsure, contact us before sending your item back.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@theloveandleash.com with your order details.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
- Repackage your item securely, attach the label, and drop it at your nearest post office.
- Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damages & Issues
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Exchanges
For exchanges, return your item first. Once accepted, place a new order for the product you want.
EU Customers – Cooling Off Period
If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason, provided the item meets the eligibility conditions listed above.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Banks and card providers may take extra time to process.
- If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days after approval, contact us at support@theloveandleash.com.
